Lexington Health is seeking an Outcomes Coordinator to drive performance improvement by coordinating data collection and analysis for quality initiatives at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC. The role focuses on meeting DNV, SC DHEC, and other regulatory standards while supporting nursing leadership and program development.

The position requires a BSN with 5+ years of RN experience, including 2 years in utilization review or quality assurance and 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN to MSN pathway considered if BSN completed within 1 year.
• 5+ years RN experience including 2 years in utilization review, quality assurance, or case management and 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate data collection and analysis for performance improvement.
• Coordinate readiness for DNV and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in development and revision of care guidelines and programs.
• Provide educational offerings on CQI, PDCA, and DNV requirements.
• Design studies using research methods; participate in ACS care research.
• Communicate findings effectively through diverse presentations.
