Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Documents care in the electronic health record.
• Maintains medication inventory and ensures QA checks for point-of-care testing.
