Saint Joseph London, a 150-bed regional hospital within CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.

The role requires BSN commitment, Kentucky RN licensure, and CPR/ACLS/PALS as applicable; a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student loan assistance up to $24,000 are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Kentucky required.
• ADN hires must obtain BSN within five years and enroll within two years.
• Current CPR certification and relevant ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans based on assessments.
• Implement and adjust plans of care with evidence-based practice and family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and therapies per policies and procedures.

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical thinking skills to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data, standards of care and evidence based practice inclusive of nursing care coordination, appropriate patient and family education, and discharge planning. Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
• Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluates progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes.

• BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months and

Preferred

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program, upon hire

Pay Range
$30.00 - $43.50 /hour
