Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour work week on the 7Main (Georgia Center for Joint Care) unit. Shifts are 7am–7pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants, and benefits are considered eligible for full-time staff.

The RN will coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care, applying evidence-based practices to ensure safety and a positive patient experience across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
