Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Ortho Trauma Progressive Care Unit (5 South). This 36-hour weekly schedule includes day and night shifts, 7-7, with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population in a Level 1 Trauma Center context.

The role requires RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS certification (or within 30 days of start), and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Specialized field of study in nursing.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Ortho Trauma Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor patients and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient status and respond to changes in condition within established protocols.
