Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• GA or multistate RN license active to practice.
• ASN or BSN degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds, and follow-up.
