Location: 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver, CO 80210

Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote patient health, safety, and well-being through nursing processes in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Team Contributions

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical data; evaluate responses and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes collaboratively.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions such as IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocate for patient rights and collaborate to ensure health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience preferred; specific nursing skills related to the specialty.
• Current Colorado RN License or NCLA Compact RN License.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
