Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse - Operating Room in California to deliver coordinated nursing care for surgical patients and supervise assigned staff. You will coordinate care with other disciplines, using clinical judgment and critical thinking to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/BLS, and ACLS. A BSN and acute care experience are preferred, with opportunities to contribute to perioperative care teams.

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Acute care facility experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
