Job summary

HealthWorks Medical is seeking a flexible RN to provide occupational health services across multiple clinic locations in Kentucky and Illinois. This role offers a daytime schedule with travel between sites, staying outside of hospital settings.

You will conduct assessments, screenings, and work-related evaluations, maintain accurate medical records, and support workplace safety initiatives while coordinating with care teams and employers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky and Illinois.
• Willingness to obtain additional state license(s) (company supported).
• 1+ year of experience in occupational health, urgent care, ER, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in varying clinic environments.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services including assessments, screenings, and evaluations.
• Treat and manage work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Travel between clinic locations as needed (schedule provided in advance).
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
• Support workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
