Job description

HOURS & SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Full-Time position, 40 hours per week. Tuesday - Friday 6:30am-5:00pm

General Summary

Pre-operative physical assessment of the surgical patient to include, but not limited to, vital signs, head to toe assessment including auscultation of lungs, heart sounds, abdominal, circulation and peripheral I.V. starts. Review pre-op history and complete assessment flow chart. Physical transportation of patient via wheelchair or cart to surgical holding area.
