Job summary

Green Palms Health & Rehab of St. Marys is seeking an RN or LPN for a full-time night shift (6:00pm–6:30am) with a 12-hour schedule and bi-weekly rotation. Weekend shift differential applies; every other weekend rotation and every other holiday required.

We are a skilled nursing facility prioritizing residents and staff, offering a supportive, compassionate work environment and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN OR LPN nursing license in the State of Ohio.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software.
• Prior employment in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care during 12-hour night shifts.
• Care for residents to maximize comfort, safety and quality of life.

Our Nurses are on a 12 hour shift working 3 nights one week and 4 the other on a bi‑weekly rotation.
