Job summary

Tri-State Nursing is hiring LPNs and RNs for PRN and per‑diem opportunities in Brookings, South Dakota. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply and join a team delivering safe, compassionate care in local facilities.

LPNs earn $31–$36 per hour and RNs $40–$47 per hour, with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and mileage support. Shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active South Dakota LPN or RN license.
• Current TB test and physical CPR/BLS required.
• Reliable transportation.
• New graduate nurses welcome.
• Flexible scheduling based on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents/patients.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, CMAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans.
