Pay Range: $45-$52/hour DOE

What You Will Do
  1. The RAi Coordinator manages the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate and timely resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payor requirements.
  2. Ensures assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident.
  3. Ensures assessment accuracy to optimize reimbursement for services provided.
  4. Maintains appropriate documentation to support services and assessment accuracy.
Must Have
  • Current RN state licensure without enforcement actions.
  • Previous MDS 3.0 experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
