Job summary

Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN seeks an RN or LPN for 3rd shift supervision in our Skilled Nursing Facility. A TN license is required; candidate must evaluate and treat independently and show dedication to geriatric care.

Responsibilities include medication administration (IVs), taking vital signs, delivering resident care, educating residents and families, and supervising CNAs, with coordination to physicians and NPs.

Qualifications

• TN license (LPN or RN) required.
• Experience supervising CNAs preferred.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.

Registered Nurse LPN or RN 3rd shift Supervisor

Looking for a talented and motivated (RN)/(LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;


• Medication Administration, including IVs.


• Taking and recording vital signs.


• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.


• Provide resident and family education.


• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.


• Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Current Tennessee License-LPN or RN
