Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN License - active and in good standing.
• CPR & ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient care: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
