Job summary

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license
- CPR & ACLS certification

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and health status.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and changes in condition.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and professionally
