Job summary

Meadow View is seeking a passionate and experienced RN or LPN to serve as CNA Training Program Instructor. In this role, you will educate, mentor, and prepare future Certified Nursing Assistants for success in long-term care while ensuring compliance with state and federal training standards.

Full-Time position with a 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM shift. You will deliver classroom instruction, monitor progress, maintain records, and coordinate testing and regulatory reporting to keep the program compliant

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
• At least one (1) year of long-term care experience
• State-approved Train-the-Trainer certification
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training for CNA students
• Prepare students for state certification and competency examinations
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance, coaching, and remediation as needed
• Maintain accurate attendance, skills checklists, grades, and training records
• Ensure the Nurse Aide Training Program remains compliant with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate testing registration, program documentation, and regulatory reporting
• Update curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials to support student success
• Collaborate with facility leadership to promote excellence in resident care and staff development

Required Qualifications
