Atrium Centers Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our 34-bed facility. The role focuses on resident-focused care, medication administration, and collaboration with CNA staff to deliver compassionate, compliant care.

You'll work in a close-knit, employee-owned environment with generous benefits, a 4-hour flexible med pass shift option, and HERO pay of $3.40/hour for eligible shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Certification and experience in medication administration and IV services.
• Working knowledge of state regulations related to long-term care.
• Reliable, team-oriented approach with consistent attendance.
