Job summary

Atrium Centers in Ironwood, MI, a 65-bed skilled nursing community, is seeking part-time RNs or LPNs for 2nd shift. You will assess, document, and deliver direct nursing care according to resident care plans, administer medications, and monitor conditions.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Medication administration and IV certification (as applicable).
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care per resident care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards.
