Essentia Living Center in Fosston, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care in a long-term care setting. The role involves 12-hour shifts (6:00am–6:30pm) averaging 24 hours per week, with every third weekend and holiday rotation required.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license for Minnesota, with BCLS within 1 month, and a commitment to regulatory standards and high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Minnesota.
• BCLS certification within 1 month.
• FTE: 0.6 (part-time) with 12-hour shifts; 24 hours/week.
• Shift rotation includes day shifts; weekends every third.
• Compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and provide care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel as appropriate.
