Sterling Healthcare Management, LLC is seeking compassionate RN and LPN professionals to join the Southshore Health & Rehabilitation Center team in Gary, Indiana. Our small facility values teamwork and resident-centered care, offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

As an RN or LPN, you will provide skilled, empathetic care to residents, collaborate with a dedicated team, and support families. Shifts include Day, Evening and Night, with full-time roles available.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Compassionate and dedicated to resident care.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and expert nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety.
