Job summary

Willow Brook Home is seeking an RN or LPN to join our 50-bed skilled nursing care center in Delaware, Ohio. We offer Full-time 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (9 days per 2-week pay period) or Part-time 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (6 days per pay period) with rotating weekends; contingent dayshift 7a-3p available.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing care setting preferred.
• Ability to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts and participate in rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to implement care plans.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to supervisor.

Current Opening:

• Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11 PM, 9 days per two week pay period, 3-4 weekdays and every other weekend
• Or Part-time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, working 6 days per pay period, every Monday and rotating Fri/Tues & Sat/Sun
• Contingent Dayshift Opportunities, 7a-3p (working at least 2 shifts per month)
