Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to join our skilled nursing facility team full-time. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care, participate in care planning, and support shift supervision.

Candidates must have a current BLS/CPR certification and at least 2 years of SNF nursing experience. We welcome compassionate professionals and multi-state licenses; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in the state of practice (or compact state).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction on supervisory shift.
• Serves as a resource to staff regarding quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care; administer medications and treatments per policy; follow physician orders when allowed.
• Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime and agency usage.
• Assess work performance of nursing staff against unit standards and goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide updates to DON.

Job Responsibilities

• Assesses the work performance of nursing staff as it relates to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conducts regular staff meetings on each shift and provides updates to DON.
