SCA Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room in Eugene, Oregon. This role involves promoting the mission and values of SCA while assessing and planning perioperative patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Required are an active RN license, good standing, and certifications (BLS ACLS; PALS if pediatrics are included). OR experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, life and disability insurance.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• PALS required if pediatric care is included in scope within 90 days.
• Perioperative nursing certification is preferred.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.

• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical / surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standings.
• Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
• Successful completion of Pediatric Advance Life support (PALS) course is required when pediatric care is included in the facility scope of services within 90 days of employment or documentation of current PALS certification.
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.
