Job summary

As an RN Clinical Coordinator at Ortho Colorado, you will support the department director by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit, serving as a vital clinical resource and role model.

The role requires an RN license in Colorado, 1 year of RN experience, and preferred OR experience. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available. Work is 40 hours/week, days, with a schedule set every 6 weeks; no weekends, no nights, no call.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.
• One year of clinical RN experience.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit.
• Act as a clinical resource and role model.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and ensure high-quality care.
• Assign duties and manage shift as charge RN.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with surgeons to facilitate flow.
• Promote patient well-being and adhere to professional standards.
