Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Operating Room. You will provide hands-on patient care, collaborate with team, maintain documentation, and educate patients while promoting holistic well-being.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of circulating OR experience, Idaho RN licensure (or multi-state with residency), and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Idaho-licensed Registered Nurse status with current licensure.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross is required.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• At least 1 year of circulating experience in an operating room setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in the Operating Room.
• Collaborate with team to maintain accurate documentation and use resources efficiently.
• Educate patients and develop care plans tailored to patient needs.

About our ideal candidate: Our ideal candidate will have at least a year of circulating experience and will have a desire to work in a fast-paced exciting team environment. Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing. Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire. At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
