Arizona Specialty Hospital is a specialty inpatient hospital established to set a new standard for excellence and patient satisfaction in the delivery of orthopedic and spinal surgery. Our singular focus is the state-of-the-art care of musculoskeletal conditions including joint replacement, spine surgery, and other reconstructive procedures. The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate will focus on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies, and work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. The RN is responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs under the direction of an RN.
