Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Main Operating Room at our Level II Trauma Center. This full-time role operates on the day shift and serves a diverse surgical population.

The ideal candidate will have circulating RN experience, be licensed in Idaho, and possess BLS (ACLS/PALS may substitute). Weekend schedule includes a Friday–Sunday rhythm and opportunities for ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Idaho as a Registered Nurse.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board within 60 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in the Main Operating Room.
• Collaborate with surgical team and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and develop care plans; administer prescribed medications and treatments.
