Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a Registered Nurse - Operating Room circulator for on-site work at The Villages Surgery Center in Florida. The role requires OR experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.

The RN will deliver patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases with adherence to nursing standards and policies. No nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications
• Operating Room experience required

Responsibilities

• The delivery of patient care through the framework of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis and patient outcome) in the preoperative, interoperative and postoperative phase of the surgical patient.
• Verbal reports pertinent information to appropriate staff to provide continuity of care.
• Legibly documents information in patient records and signs records using appropriate professional title.
• Assesses physiological and psychosocial health status of patient.
• Demonstrates ability to assess and problem solve.
• Responds to emergencies.
