Job summary

The Operating Room RN at USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital provides nursing care and service during surgery cases, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate focuses on exceptional patient care, can multi-task, and works within a multidisciplinary team to maintain infection control standards.

They support surgical patients through their inpatient stay, delivering basic care under RN supervision in a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
• Responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs, under the direction of a RN.
