USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is seeking an OR RN for a full-time role to support orthopedic and spinal surgery in a dedicated inpatient setting.

The RN will position, prep, and circulate during surgical cases while delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Experience in OR preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced surgical unit.

Responsibilities

• The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Job Summary:

• The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
• Responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs, under the direction of a RN.
