Responsibilities include: Utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting evidence-based practices.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship, and BLS certification.

Skills and Key Duties: Demonstrate proficiency in perioperative care, model best practices, precept new staff, and contribute to safety and quality assurance. Certifications from AORN and ABPANC are included in training standards.
