Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced RN for an OR assignment in Vermont. The role requires dual capabilities in circulating and scrubbing, with cataract-focused procedures and broad surgical exposure within a smaller operating room environment.
Applicants must hold a valid state nursing license; a BSN is preferred, and 2–5 years of OR experience plus Cerner EMR proficiency are required. Travel is mandatory; local candidates within 50 miles are ineligible.

The Clinical Nurse is a key member of the surgical team.The nurse will function in both a circulating and scrubbing capacity.Services provided include general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, and endoscopy procedures.Nurses provide specialized care for all these services.The surgical services department has two operating rooms and a procedure room.Most procedures are outpatient, with limited inpatient care.Patients served range from ages 16 and older.Requested time off during this assignment must be noted upfront.Requests after submission will not be approved.No more than five days of time off will be accepted.Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position.A personal vehicle is a firm requirement for this role.Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work during specified holiday blocks.Each call-off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance.After three call-offs, the traveler's contract may be eligible for termination.
