Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Manhattan, Kansas, and immerse yourself in a fast-paced orthopedic surgical setting. This contract offers the chance to work in a facility with six dedicated operating rooms, where four are reserved daily for orthopedic procedures. You’ll be performing procedures such as total joint replacements—knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle—as well as sports medicine surgeries like ACL repairs, shoulder scopes, and rotator cuff repairs. Expect to be actively involved in pulling cases, setting up rooms, and managing turnovers independently, with opportunities to assist in sterilization processes when needed. This position is perfect for experienced RNs who thrive in a hands‑on environment and have a strong background in ortho and sports medicine. The schedule includes four 10-hour days each week, from 06:30 to 16:30, with no weekends, holidays, or call duties.
