Qualifications

• RN diploma is required.

• 1 year RN experience required; OR 2 years LPN in acute care.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care at the point of care within the unit.
• Evaluate nursing interventions and delegate tasks to licensed nurses and staff.
• Collaborate with unit leadership to plan, organize, and assess patient care.
• Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and evidence-based practices.
