Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s in Nursing, Education, or related field preferred (candidates in BSN program considered).
• Current RN license in applicable state(s) in good standing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources support for assigned units under the Nursing Director.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; role model organizational values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence).
• Collaborate with health care team to prioritize and manage patient flow and discharge planning.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs to evaluate care effectiveness.
• Assist with staffing plans and staff education to ensure acuity-based staffing.
