Responsibilities

1. Perform patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
2. Practice safe medication administration and assess patient responses to medication.
3. Participate in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
4. Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period.
5. Complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

• BSN Degree preferred.
• State Issued RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Nursing Experience.
