Description

The work location for this position is in Lewiston, Idaho.

Position Details
  • This is a PRN position (On-Call - No Benefits) with an additional 15% PRN pay in lieu of benefits.
  • Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Call Schedule: 1 day/week and 1 weekend/month ($4.00/hour while on call)
  • Call Back: minimum of 2-hours of pay when called in at time & one half
  • Shift Differential: (pay based on majority of hours worked):
    • Evening Shift (3pm – 11:30pm) = 8%
    • Night Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am) = 11%
    • No Weekend Differential

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in nursing (ASN)

Essential Duties
  • Perform patient assessments and identify needs accurately.
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Provide patient and family education.
  • Deliver care appropriate to patient condition and age.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in CQPI activities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all customers.
  • Support rehabilitation nursing philosophy.
  • Participate in team conferences and documentation.
  • Maintain a safe environment and adhere to safety standards.
  • Support hospital leadership and act as a role model.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
