Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Travel OR RN Circulator in Carlsbad, NM for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 4x10hr with call.

Requirements include 2+ years OR experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and proficiency across general, ortho, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endo, and robotics. Adult and pediatric care experience expected.

Qualifications

• RN license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.
• 2+ years of operating room nursing experience.
• Experience with general, ortho, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endo and robotics (DaVinci) trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
• Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback and results.

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 4x10hr shifts, call required

Experience/Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with operating room experience.
