Job summary

SCA Health in the United States is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room. You will support perioperative care, promote the mission, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of employment; ACLS within 90 days; PALS if pediatric care is included.
• Perioperative nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of anaccreditedschool of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical / surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standings.
• Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
• Successful completion of Pediatric Advance Life support (PALS)course is required when pediatric care is included in the facility scope of services within 90 daysof employment or documentation of current PALSE certification.
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.
