Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a full-time RN for the Operating Room at the Center City Campus. Responsibilities include performing patient procedures, safe medication administration, and coordinating patient care. Candidates should hold a BSN Degree and a State Issued RN license.

The role requires prior experience in the Operating Room, preferably with cardiac services. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior Operating Room experience or completion of the Periop program required.
• Prior experience with cardiac services in the OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient procedures within nursing scope of practice.
• Practice safe medication administration and assess patient responses to medication.
• Participate in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
• Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period and complete all required documentation.
