Department: Surgical Services (Billings Clinic Hospital)

Shift: Day, Evening, Weekends
Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)
Hours per Pay Period: 80 hours every two weeks (Non-Exempt)
Starting Wage DOE: $37.41 - 57.71
Additional Incentives: May be eligible for $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
Under supervision, utilizes nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills to promote and maintain health. Incorporates evidence-based practices aligned with national standards to support quality outcomes. Responsible for the quality of nursing care, directing care plans professionally, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Ensures accurate documentation, adheres to safety standards, maintains relevant skills, and promotes professional growth. Demonstrates caring communication with patients and families, considering patient-specific needs.
Education: Minimum 2-year/Associate Degree. RNs with less than 5 years of experience must commit to completing a Bachelor of Nursing within 4 years, with support from Billings Clinic.
Certifications & Licenses: Valid RN license.
Experience: Experience in operating room or inpatient surgical setting, or successful completion of training in these areas. Equivalent education and experience considered.
