Upper Bay Surgery Center is seeking a per diem Operating Room Nurse to join our team in Elkton, MD. The nurse will perform perioperative nursing duties for patients undergoing operative procedures, supporting adults, geriatrics, and children 8+ with a focus on safe, high‑quality care.
Requirements include an RN license in Maryland, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current CPR/ACLS/PALS certifications, plus at least two years of OR experience.

The Operating Room Nurse is responsible for the nursing activities related to care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure. The staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including the older adult through geriatric, and pediatric patients 8 years and older. Our scope of service includes Ortho, Spine, Podiatry, General, Pain Management and Surgical Dermatology.
$47.00/hr - $50.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
