Qualifications

40 hpw flex 10-hr shifts (6:50a - 5:20p); Mon - Sat w/On Call

Job Description:

40 hpw OR RN position available. Schedule includes Monday-Saturday, 6:50a-5:20p FLEX with Call. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday on-call schedule includes 24-hr coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current O.R. experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS required.

Recommended Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience.
• Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situations.
• CNOR Certification.
• BSN preferred.
