Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Staff RN in the Operating Room at Tacoma. This hospital-based role focuses on delivering individualized patient care using the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include prioritizing and delivering care, collaborating with colleagues to improve quality and patient experience, and supporting education for patients and staff. A BSN or higher is preferred, with current WA RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years from hire date.
• Current Registered Nurse license in WA state or MLS endorsement required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility/department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $48.15 - $90.83 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
