MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital is seeking a staff RN for night shifts in a hospital-based team. You will organize and deliver comprehensive care using the nursing process, collaborating across disciplines to improve patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; five years of nursing experience for initial hire date.
• WA RN license or multi-state licensure; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/ETC as required by department.
• Advanced degree preferred (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP); internal candidates may be considered.
• New graduates should apply to residency or fellowship opportunities instead.
