Minimum qualifications:
Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma. RN Degree Major: Registered Nurse.
Two (2) years RN experience
Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License.

Responsibilities:
Collects and document assessment data from patients and/or others per UAMS standards.
Creates individualized Plans of Care (POC) utilizing assessment data, medical orders, and an interdisciplinary approach.
Provides medications following department/unit standards and the Nurse Practice Act, ensuring accurate drug information is communicated to patients and families.
Assesses the progress of patients toward the attainment of desired outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary
Offers effective education and discharge planning to patients and families, enhancing understanding of health conditions and care procedures.
Works effectively with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Contributes to a positive work environment conducive to clinical education, serving as a resource for student nurses and staff.
Delivers patient care using the principles of defined nursing modalities, adhering to UAMS standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and ANA standards.
May perform other duties as assigned
