Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL invites experienced RNs to join the 5N Oncology Unit on a PRN Day schedule. You will provide direct nursing care to oncology patients, administer treatments, and educate families as part of a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience; completion of a chemo/bio course is preferred for chemotherapy units.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.
• Completion of an ONS Chemo/Bio Course within two years of hire if employed on units where chemo is administered.

A PRN caregiver in this position works varying days from 6:45AM – 7:15PM, including some weekends and holidays.
