Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Medical Oncology Practice at Emerson Hospital. The role involves assisting oncology physicians and APPs in caring for patients across disease groups, including solid and heme malignancies, with 3–5 years ambulatory oncology experience preferred.

The RN will interpret care plans, assess nursing decisions, provide individualized care, and evaluate outcomes while ensuring safe, competent nursing practices.

Job Summary

Medical Oncology Practice on the campus of Emerson Hospital. Supporting oncology MD and APPs in the care and management of the oncology patient across multiple disease groups to include solid and heme.

3-5 years ambulatory oncology experience strongly preferred.

Summary
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients’ clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
