Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a registered nurse for the Greater Manchester Region to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care. You will coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient condition, and ensure age-appropriate care across the life span.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with CT licensure, BLS and ACLS certification on hire or within orientation, and NCLEX completion within 90 days of graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current CT licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire or during orientation.
• Graduate Nurse applicants must pass NCLEX by 90 days of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process, provides high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates patient condition and responds quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of development across the life span to provide age-appropriate care.
• Promotes the nursing profession and supports colleagues; reports to Clinical Nurse Manager.
